For Downloadable Software: Upon purchase, CpaTrackers grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on your own servers. You are allowed to modify the source code for your personal or business use.
Restrictions: You are NOT allowed to resell, redistribute, sub-license, or share the source code of our software with third parties without our explicit written permission. Unauthorized redistribution will result in immediate license termination and potential legal action.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
All payments are secure. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
