1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all our products and services. Whether you have purchased a monthly subscription plan or a one-time software license, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase date.

If you are not entirely satisfied with the product you have purchased from us, you may request a full refund, no questions asked, provided the request is made within this 14-day window.

2. Subscription Cancellations (SaaS)

For our monthly subscription plans (Basic, Advance, Premium):

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
  • If you cancel within the first 14 days of your first payment, you are eligible for a full refund of that payment.
  • After the initial 14-day period, cancelling your subscription will stop future billing, but previous payments will typically not be refunded. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.

3. Downloadable Software Licenses

For our one-time purchase software (e.g., Quantum Tracker, Titan Tracker):

  • We understand that testing server-side software is important. Therefore, our standard 14-day refund policy also applies to these digital products.
  • If you encounter technical issues or find that the software does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 14 days of purchase for a refund.
  • Upon receiving a refund for a software license, you agree to uninstall the software and delete all copies of the source code from your servers and devices.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team. To help us process your request quickly, please provide the following details:

  • Your full name.
  • The email address used for the purchase.
  • Order ID or Transaction Reference number.
  • (Optional) A brief reason for the refund request (this helps us improve our products).

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is received and approved, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal, or Bank Transfer via Paddle).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed on our end.
  • Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your card issuer's policies.
